Journey Companion Pact

Every single thing you create inside Kyssi — your 3:4 cropped packing flat lay photos, handwritten notes, custom trip tags, departure dates, generated vertical posters, all the little tiny details you log before heading to the airport — never leaves your iPhone.

We use AES-256 encryption locally on your device for all saved content, there are zero backend servers connected to your app usage, no auto-upload, no background sync, not even our tiny dev team can peek at your travel memories. We don't even have a way to access them at all.

You own 100% full rights to every piece of content you add to Kyssi, no strings attached. We will never use, repost, or reuse your photos, notes, or trip data for anything, for anyone, ever.

There's no limit on how you mess around with this little travel journal: import old photos from your library, snap new flat lays right on the spot, tweak trip details as many times as you want, mark your trip memories as favorites, export unlimited posters to your photo album, create as many custom tags as you want, swipe through your past trips for nostalgia, check your year-at-a-glance travel stats whenever you feel like it.

You don't have to follow any pre-set rules to organize your trips. Make packing lists of snacks you brought, doodle tiny notes on how your flight got delayed, add tags as silly as "trips where I forgot my sunglasses" — it's all your space, no moderation, no content checks, no algorithm pushing random stuff in your timeline.

You will never see a "register an account" pop up inside Kyssi, no email verification required, no phone number input needed, no third-party login buttons of any kind. You download the app from App Store, tap open, and you can start logging your first packing memory immediately.

We do not track your usage behavior, we do not collect your device identifiers, we do not send any analytics data out of your phone. The app works perfectly fine even when you turn off all network permissions for it and keep it offline all the time.

Since all your memories are stored locally on your iPhone, if you uninstall the app, reset your device, or your phone gets broken without a full backup, all your Kyssi data will not be recoverable. We have no backup copies anywhere to help you restore them, which is a feature for your privacy, not a bug.

Kyssi only runs on iOS devices as intended, we can't guarantee full feature performance if you try to sideload it on other platforms or modify the app installation files by yourself.

We recommend you double-check all content before exporting posters if you are going to share them to social media, to make sure there's no private info you don't want others to see accidentally.

As we add new little fun features (like custom poster templates, iCloud local-only sync, more trip stats) in future app updates, we will never change the core promise that all your data stays on your device, never uploaded anywhere, for any reason.

If we make any adjustments to how the app works that affects your usage experience, we will show you a clean, simple pop-up inside the app when you launch it, no hidden changes hidden inside long update logs that no one reads. You will never wake up to find Kyssi suddenly asks you to sign up for an account, or shows you ads, no matter what.

Kyssi is made for private travel organization, packing memories, flat-lay journaling, and poster creation. Please use it in a way that respects your own privacy and the privacy of others.

• Do not upload or save photos that violate someone else’s privacy or rights.
• Do not use Kyssi to create misleading, unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, resell, scrape, clone, or interfere with the app.
• Do not use exported posters or trip records in a way that suggests Kyssi officially endorses your content, trip, brand, or business.

Your trip photos, packing notes, destinations, tags, lists, exported posters, and travel memories belong to you. Kyssi does not claim ownership over your personal content.

The Kyssi app, name, icon, interface, visual system, poster templates, code, layouts, design elements, and feature structure belong to Kyssi or its licensors. You may use the app for personal travel journaling, but you may not copy, resell, repackage, or commercially exploit the app itself without written permission.

If you send us feedback or feature ideas, you allow us to use those suggestions to improve Kyssi without payment or ownership obligations.

Kyssi helps you remember and organize travel-related details, but it is not a travel agency, booking tool, safety advisory service, visa service, weather service, or transportation provider.

• Please double-check flight times, hotel details, visa requirements, destination rules, local safety information, and packing restrictions with official sources.
• Trip stats, posters, timelines, and year-at-a-glance summaries are for personal reflection and visual journaling only.
• Kyssi is not responsible for missed trips, incorrect user-entered dates, forgotten items, travel disruptions, or decisions made based only on your in-app notes.

We try to keep Kyssi smooth and reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, iOS version, or future platform change.

We may update, redesign, rename, improve, pause, or remove features when needed for quality, security, compatibility, platform requirements, or product direction. We will always try to preserve the spirit of Kyssi as a private, local-first travel memory companion.

Kyssi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable rules, Kyssi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost local memories, lost posters, lost notes, device failure, backup failure, travel mistakes, or sharing mistakes.

Nothing in this pact limits rights that cannot legally be limited. If any part of this pact is found unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
